How to load the schedule
into your Palm Pilot using Palm Desktop

 

Step Instruction
1 Select the team(s) you participate in
2 Select the desired month and year
3 Select "Download VCalendar format"
4 Click "Generate Monthly Calendar".  This generates a custom calendar on the server
5 An informational page will be displayed.  Click on the link that says "Click Here" to download the calendar to your computer.
6 You should be prompted to "Open File from its current location" or "Save this file to disk".  Choose "Save this file to disk" and Click "OK"
7 Select a folder you can easily find like the Desktop or My Documents & Click "Save".  You can also rename the file if you wish to give it a more meaningful name.  The VCalendar file is now on your computer.
8 Open your Palm Desktop Application (or any other calendar type program)
9 Choose "Import..." from the file menu
10 Change the file type to "vCal file (*.vcs)"
11 Select the file you downloaded and click "Import"
12 The schedule will be copied to your Palm Pilot the next time you Hot Sync.
